From Strangers to Friends: Building Stronger Bonds in Our Communities

Most of the neighbourhoods I had back then had extremely good neighbours. When we are all less busy, we often come outside to talk about things happening around us and also initiate possible solutions we think might be best to adjust ourselves in order to become a better person.

My neighbour is presently 20 years older than me, a married man with kids, but we often talk about different things happening around us. Most of the time, he advises me about marriages, friends, family, making money, and how to invest and trust me, his words were really helpful to my growth. Growing up I had so many trust issues, because I had a very rough childhood in my street, but I made it certain to myself that regardless of whatever experiences I had back then, I will never let it weigh me down or hold me down or even make me a bad person because I always wanted to have a good heart in life, and when i started to explore and meet new people a lot changed, I got to witness life from another dimension and understanding people's intention.

Neighbours have been my own means of connection and trust me, I have had an opportunity and connection with people around. I got to witness and experience new things and understand people better. Life starts from. What is around us? We can't deal with the unknown of life if we know or have knowledge about it, we have to have knowledge about it to deal with it.

Most times at night, I will just come outside to relate with my neighbours, share experiences together, both the working class and people around us. Neighbours' connections have really helped, because the advice and updates we get to share together are more than just what we know or understand about each other. And this has really favoured some of us, this is why I said your neighbours can really play a significant role in our growth, the type of neighbourhood we live, the neighbours we keep and people we relate with This is why I am always observant of the house I rent and friends in relate with in the house.

Neighbours' friends are the best, and neighbours' enemies are the worst. We just have to be careful about the poison we choose. Some neighbours can be really dangerous spiritually and physically, hoping for your downfall and praying things don't work out well for you, which is really bad for a prayer. I once had a neighbour who told me I can never make it in life over a little argument we had, funny and most annoying part is that we still see each other every day.

We need to be observant of the kind of neighbour we relate with, because some might be of help to us, and some might just want to destroy us or spoil our image. I am always observant of the kind of person I keep in touch with.

This is my entry to Hive learners week 179 Episode 1, weekly prompt.

Yes, it is important we are observant of the neighbours we relate with, as some can be good and others wicked as evil. Having sweet neighbours can make your stay in such a neighbourhood fun, while others can be a thorn in one's neck. All you have to do is avoid them at all costs. Lol

This right here

Neighbours' friends are the best, and neighbours' enemies are the worst. We just have to be careful about the poison we choose.

It is very important. Which is why we need to treat people the way we want to be treated. You can't be picking fights with your neighbor every time because of a small issue. Some people can be very dangerous, and it can go both ways; they can really like you because of the way you relate with them and can hate you because of the way you relate with them. One thing is very important. When you start relating with people, you would get a glimpse of who they really are, and if you are open-minded, you would know how to better relate with them in the future.

This was an amazing write-up, and it covers the essence of the prompt topic. Good one, man.

It's funny what a disagreement can bring out of someone. You'd never know what people think of you or wish for you until you make them angry.
Then they see it as an avenue to share their views.

Anyways, I agree with you. Having good neighbours is the best
