Every Business Needs a Good Research Executive

In today's fast-paced, competitive business economy, people tend to do research not just on customers' needs or the economy's needs, but also on other partnerships, Support, and grants.

If we tend to establish a business, our target to earn should not just be focused on the gains we get from people, but also from support, partnerships and grants. The grant could be in the form of government aid or support from external countries to African businesses. I have seen several businesses boom a lot, not just about the fast sales they get or the loans they could target, but because they research profitable aid they can get from people.

This is the secret to African business that most people don't tend to know. If we really want to achieve a lot of business and gain a lot, we should not just be focused on being a single-handed business but make it like an enterprise. Not everyone has to know about the partnership gains you get; yes, they can know you are partnering, but your gains on it should be hidden.

Partnership could be in the form of sponsors an nd an agreement. I learnt about this when happening t9nmake research for my branding group I am trying to establish. We need to attract people to invest in us and to be a partner with us in helping us boost the startup. I once spoke with a Technical engineer CEO, he has only 4 companies he makes repairs for and one remits 3/4 million monthly for them under their business name, even though there are repairs to be done or not, the money still comes in. We need the influence of community-based alliances.

I learnt about this grant from my boss, who once said to me that he never took a loan once to assist his business; he made sure he targeted the grants. I know this might sound unreal, but these are what some businesses in Africa rely on, not only in Nigeria. There is one I know of presently, AIFG, Africa Impact Fundraising Grant, where you will be asked to seek support of $5000 for a program, and they will assist with an extra $5000. Several others like that. This can help pay the bills till your entrepreneur becomes a strong enterprise. There are several partners out there, also like the Bill Gates Foundation, USADF, Mastercard Foundation and several others. All we need is a good researcher to help us conduct research on these grants and how we can engage and participate in them for my business growth. People who benefit from this grant are mostly farmers or people in agriculture, funny how only a few people understand these targets.

These are some of our top business secrets that they don't want to share with people out there. We get so much support from foreign aid for business growth and development, but no one talks about this because they don't want the market to be saturated. Establishing a business is not all about sales; it can also be about providing a solution to a problem in society. I barely know about partnership for sales or grants for it because this is the most common business in my country. With a good research executive, we can gain support from these aids and understand the potential of partnerships.
