Easy Hacks to Self-Improvement

When I say easy, I don't mean completely easy. It still takes hard work and determination to make things work, so I will describe it as not an easy Hack to self-improvement. Everyone wants to improve one way or the other, either through education, life, career, Family or anything around. We don't achieve these things by forcing things to work; it either takes a gradual process, or we calm down to study and understand the things around us and create an easy path.

We all have a different understanding of life, so many discoveries have been made on how to improve ourselves either physically mentally or socially but I feel like the little things about life and around us are being underrated and should be taken note of, I sat down to reflect on this things and tried doing it for some days in the week and I felt changeds. Some of the little observations I made were that.

  • Waking up Early: This is one of the most underrated self-improvement characteristics, I feel like a lot of good things start from understanding this, waking up early does not just mean we wake up and do nothing, we must learn to wake up to reflect on things around us, research about everything going on around us or learn to improve our skills. We learn every day either through communication, intelligence or research and trust, In the morning, it is the best to reflect on so many things around us. I believe waking up at 4am can transform many things around us.

  • Observe the Little Things Matter: The food we eat, the people we talk to, the clothes we wear, the type of friends we keep, and how we walk. These are things we must take note of around us because they really matter to us. Trust me on this, the little things around us really matter, even though we fail to overlook a lot of things going on around us. We must learn to observe every little action or step either from people around us or taken by us, and if it is against our personality or rules, we learn to cut it off from ourselves.

  • Be yourself and Believe in yourself; The moment we start to understand we can't be 100% perfect is the day a lot of changes will start happening in our lives, Personally, I don't deceive myself once I see this action or task is above me I seek for help or bigger understanding I try to call for help from any senior I know can be of help to me. Believing in yourself does not mean you can necessarily do all things. It is believing that you can adjust yourself to do and also that you understand your limits and capacity.

  • Get Physically Fit: I have noticed being physically fit attracts a lot of good people's attention, and exercising tends to help us improve. I have seen muscular men given respect who also look good in appearance. Getting fit really has a lot of magic and can break every limit to self-improvement; we know you get to notice your improvement when people begin to respect you in that phenomenon you set yourself to improve in. Learn to take care of yourself regularly, eat good food, and take good rest.

These are my observations on improvement. There are more to be listed, but these few hacks breed others to get easier to do; a step at a time will make us realise their importance.

Waking up early is such a powerful habit, I totally agree with you. There's something about those quiet hours. That Morning gives one time to think, plan and start the day with intention. I have noticed that when I wake up early consistently, I'm more productive and less stressed throughout the day. Great reminder
