Healthy Competition Without Losing Yourself
I have learned to balance my abition and integrity without losing myself except it gets overwhelming, this is because I understand that toxic competition or ravelry can be dangerous, I have seen in around me and also I games like rugby and football or basketball, this is because some team kind of mean each other before the game and any slight error can lead to a change of game which may result to aggressive touch.

Healthy competition, in my own understanding, simply means a competitive engagement that encourages growth and teamwork. This is the type of competition most people want to engage in, but when it is extreme, it can lead to a toxic one or a very harmful occurrence.
There is one major thing I have noticed healthy competition does which is that it gives a massive drive to build oneself and also encourages learning. Trust me, there is no way we can get to learn when the competition is toxic, e·drone is looking for survival, and an escape route.
About sport, healthy competition is being encouraged by the sports rules made for the full support of a peaceful play. I have once played street games without rules, and trust me, I almost lost my leg in this process because there were no rules during this game. My major aim was to score and for the next team to step in. This is a competition, and it must be healthy to maintain fairness and a peaceful Game or engagement.
Healthy competition also helps maintain integrity during play, solely because when there are rules, everyone tends to play a fair game, so they don't lose to the next team.

There is one thing I love about competition, which is that it is always lively and interesting to engage in or watch. Back in my school days, I engaged in so many inter-level sports, and trust me, if there were no rules, the game would be really aggressive and almost lead to a fight.
I believe one way a competitive engagement, such as games and sports, can be healthy is when there are rules to the competition and also when there is someone there to supervise everything, which will make it more lively to watch and even more peaceful. This will help serve as an /encouragement for team spirit and even build up closeness between the competitors, whereby they can share their thoughts and relation to the game. I believe this is one of the reason competitive games were made to help DEVELOP unity and friendly relationship among themself.
Healthy competition can also be a place to learn, we can know how good we are unless we compete against another person. I believe this fact is true, because this is another way to know our potential and capabilities especially when competing with a senior team. When we compete, we get to learn a lot of things.

I completely agree with you, when there are rules and respect, competition becomes about learning and unity, not conflict. It's beautiful to see how sportsmanship can teach us so much about balance and personal growth.

Of course!!! I like the part where you said healthy competition helps us learn and grow, I do hope many also knows this
A place to learn where others are there is or should be an advantage because people are there and you get to learn from others and even teach
