Steamed fish with lemon is another road menu that I really like. Normally when I go to eat at a restaurant in Thailand, I order a lot. Because I like the taste that is spicy and sour. Including the fish that goes well with the soup and dipping sauce, it's very delicious.

When I moved here, the problem was that it was very difficult to find Thai restaurants and some of the restaurants didn't taste as delicious and spicy as eating in Thailand, but I could understand because they made it suitable for the people in the area. The taste is therefore lighter than in Thailand. So I chose to make myself something to eat like dinner today.


  • And then I went to the supermarket to buy some fish. The fish chosen were fresh and clear-eyed. Take it and clean it well. Scale the fish thoroughly and rinse with clean water several more times. Then take kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and lemongrass and stuff them into the fish's belly to quench the fishiness and increase the aroma of the fish.

  • Coat the fish with a little seasoning powder to enhance the flavor of the fish. Then take it to steam. Put the vegetables in the steamer along with the fish. Whatever vegetables you like, add them all. Garnish with ginger to add aroma to the fish.

  • To make the dipping sauce, take the garlic, chili, lime, fish sauce, and fish broth and blend together until fine. Taste the taste to see if you are satisfied or not. Season as desired. Then take the cooked fish and place it on a plate and pour the dipping sauce over the fish. The dipping sauce will soak into the fish meat mixed with the sweet soup from the vegetables. Very delicious.
