Relax the mind in my little gym at house.


Hello everyone, today I just want to say hello and vent about current events about my disappointment in some matters. I didn't think it would happen, but deep down I was still prepared that one day I would have to meet it. Whatever we don't expect, we won't be disappointed. There are many stories in which we think we have accepted and understood the nature of life, but when we actually encounter that situation, it becomes serious. Pain is pain, it has feelings.
Being able to vent outside of words and behavior is another thing that helps. It won't help fix it, but it's better than being sad. I choose how to exercise. Exercising makes my brain clear, feeling open, like it relieves stress in a different way.
Besides going for a walk Or build a bicycle outside. Weight training is still my favorite exercise. And this is a small gym at my house. This gym is only open during the summer. Because my gym is in an old shed. Didn't do anything more Just clean and arrange the equipment to my liking.
I actually like it better than going to the gym in town. Besides the cost, there is no privacy. Sometimes it's too loud. I'm not saying those people are bad, just that sometimes I don't like myself for being so mean. So it's better to correct yourself. But it's not that I don't like it at all. Sometimes we go out to the gym and see other people exercising. Changing the atmosphere also gives us the motivation to exercise.
I started cleaning my gym. And this is neglect from the beginning of the winter. Makes the gym very dirty And before that I had an accident so I had to rest for a long time. Once the body is ready and summer has started, start cleaning. And when I finished it the first time, it probably wasn't 100 percent sure. Lol, but I kept cleaning it. After all, it is one of my regular places where I usually spend time. It's like my safe zone. And I feel great when I'm in the gym.
And activities every day If I weren't exhausted from heavy exercise, I would go almost every day. I do a mix of light and heavy exercise, and this is another part of my happiness. Hope everyone likes my post. Thank you for following and supporting.
