"Spring rolls" are another appetizer menu that Thai people have been eating for a long time. Which has both fresh and fried options. It is often eaten with dipping sauces that have different flavors that create the perfect deliciousness. And this menu actually has its origins in China. In the past, in Mandarin it was called Bao Ping. This menu is another healthy menu but it depends on the ingredients that are put inside as well.
And this is the second time I've made this menu. The first time I used a different type of flour to fry and it didn't look as good. Today I got fresh flour from an Asian store. So I made it and expected it to come out better than the first time for sure.
I prepared the ingredients inside the flour, stirred them and cooked them properly. Then put it aside to cool before wrapping it. Once cool, take each piece of dough and wrap it beautifully until the filling is gone and brush with egg white to seal.
Then I fried the wrapped spring rolls in hot oil. Let it turn golden brown and then put it aside in oil-absorbing paper. When ready, serve with a dipping sauce that is sweet, sour, and a little spicy.
And I am very proud of this menu. Everything that I do, I find information from the internet and adapt it. If something is not available, I use something else to replace it.
