Thanks for the quick answer! I see info saying they pay $HBD for delegating $CENT - do they pay out for $LEO delegations, too?

Yes they payout for several tokens actually. $LEO is one of the token. You can check my wallet and see I have got swap.hbd from them

if you're not as active as an average user.

Than consider delegating staked Leo to project or users that are actively curating daily

Otherwise you shouldn't.

I would use uswap to move liquid $HIVE to $SWAP.HIVE and TribalDex to trade that for $LEO, but there might be better ways.
