We Should Study The Word Of God Always. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

Studying the Word of God cannot be counted with time. We have to continue in those things we have learnt. These were the words of Jesus Christ and Bro Eli Soriano affirmed that to it.

John 8:31-32 (KJV) Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

We cannot be asking how many times we should study the Word of God. God told Joshua that the book of the law should not depart from his mouth. That instruction is still for us today. We should meditate on the Word of God day and night. We should study till the Word becomes flesh in us. Studying the Bible as christians does not have time frame. We will keep studying.

Jesus told those Jews who believed in Him to continue in his teachings. And like Bro Eli has told us, learning the Word of God and the commandments of God is a lifetime career. We must continue daily in studying the Word of God. There is no timing on how many times we have studied the Word of God.

Psalms 1:2 (KJV) But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

The Word of God is our daily guide. There is nothing we will do that we will not need the word of God. We have to study it everyday so that daily we will be guided rightly. God commanded that we should meditate on the Word day and night. He says the book of the law should not depart from us. We have to meditate on the Word of God so that we will observe to do according to all that is written in it.

Joshua 1:8 (KJV) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
