Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

The more we learn from the word of God, the clearer we will be in our understanding of the doctrines of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are approved as we keep studying the Bible. We gain understanding from daily committing ourselves unto the word of God. The Bible teaches us how we should conduct ourselves as the disciples of Jesus Christ. A true disciple must be obedient to the doctrines of Jesus Christ. We should not live like those who don't have the spirit of God in them. We should not be hearer only, deceiving our own selves. We are to be doers of the word.
1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV) But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

The church of God is the family of God. We have learnt that every family has its own rules and principles that guide the activities of the members of their household. As the household of God, the church has the rules that guide the actions of its members. We should ensure that we live our lives according to the doctrines which our Lord Jesus Christ and the apostles had led down for us to follow. Anyone who is not obeying the instructions which the Lord gave to the church is not worthy to be accounted as one of his disciples.
