Getting Up To Take Over The New Year

Good afternoon, everyone. I am here again to share my thoughts on this very important subject. It is an important subject to discuss when talking about one’s plan for a new year. Every year comes our way with high spirit and many prospects. Maybe, because of the challenges of the outgoing year, people are always in anticipation of a better year. This anticipation usually makes everyone of us come into the new year with very high expectations. We anticipate a better year (probably, one that will be able to overcome all the challenges of the previous year).

This year, I have a few things that I want to prioritize. I am careful not to make empty proposals. I hope to achieve what I am aiming at. So, I am setting out for attainable resolutions. A few of my new year resolutions are these:

getting closer to God and having regular daily fellowship with God
improving my finances and increasing my earnings
being accountable

Why do I want to work on these resolutions for my life? It is because I want to build my life up to be more productive and efficient in all my endeavors. I have observed that people who have practice proper discipline and committed themselves to following these routines have been successful. So, I equally want to have a good and productive year this year.

I Will Keep Close Fellowship With God

Everyone has his or her priority. I am a believer in Jesus Christ. I am and I want to be a true disciple and follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. So, to keep up with my aspiration, I will have a good and committed fellowship with my God this year. This I will achieve by daily creating time to have worship fellowship with God. I will be active in church routines. I will read my Bible daily.

Increase My Earnings

With the way inflation hit our country last year, I came to realize that there is a need to increase my source of income. Currently, I earn from my monthly salary as a pastor, farms, and from the #hive blockchain. These earnings are not sufficient to carry the current economic impact in Nigeria. So, I have set out new plans to increase my earnings this year. I have decided to increase my farming practices by launching into intensive animal rearing.

Correct The Errors Of Last Year

Last year I suffered a few setbacks from some of my investments because of some technical errors. I miscalculated some of the operations and methods such that the results did not come out as I really anticipated. In this new year, I will correct those mistakes and employ the best practices in my endeavors.

I Want To Be More Accountable

I have observed that personally I am deficient in the way I keep records. I do something without considering the I should be fully accountable to myself. I will practice adequate record keeping in all my endeavors.
