A Little Enjoyment. #Phone Photography 23

I have been a little busy lately. I have to put myself through some extra stress trying to achieve some results from the fields since we have a scent of rain lately.

For some weeks (almost two weeks) we were not having it so well in the farms because the rain ceased abruptly. The rain.went away when most of the farmers were at the peak of their farming investment. Such a break hasn't been experienced before. This year's experience gives us much concern about how output would turn out.

Our hopes come alive when we have the rain return this late August. It hasn't been much heavy but there's hope that rice, beans and maybe maize crops could do well. Cassava and potatoes might not have much trouble.

With the recent turn out in season, I have been trying to scout for laborers who would help me in plowing the land for beans and cassava planting together with late maize and potatoes. I also search for those who would help in weeding. The work has been a bit stressful.

So, I just decided to take a tin of milk this afternoon to regain lost nutrients in the body. That's my little enjoyment this afternoon.
