Happy Birthday To ME

Its my birthday today and I just turned 22. I've been looking forward to this day for a very long time, and I'm happy it's already here. 22 has never felt better.

I slept around past 1am , and woke up by 6am today. It was almost the perfect birthday as I had some of my friends wish me a happy birthday. From all the calls, texts, and gifts, I'll say this is one of my best birthday yet.

I'm not a loud person so I tend to keep everything low-key, I didn't tell anyone at home today was my birthday, after I woke up, I was busy replying to messages on my Dm , then my big sister woke up too and wished me a happy birthday.
I got up from the bed by 7am and got ready for work. While I was about leaving the house 4 of my other siblings woke up and also wished me a happy birthday.

Could you believe they forgot it was my birthday?? It was when they heard my sis singing for me they all remembered. Well I wasn't going to remind them at all.

I dont have anything planned out for today, because I close late from work most times, and I don't have any friends apart from my online friends,and family. so I guess I'll be hosting the party online from the comfort of my couch hehe.

I initially planned to get myself a birthday cake, but when I got to the shop, they had just very big cakes which were just too expensive and big.
So I'm just gonna eat alot of food today that's for sure.

I got so many calls and sweet birthday messages. I was overwhelmed of how much I'm loved and cared for. I couldn't help but tear up reading all the beautiful messages from my friends.

I'm grateful for life, health, wealth, love, family, and friends. Im also proud of myself because of how much I have achieved within a short period of time, and how much i will achieve this year.

I've had this in mind for a very long time, my dream this year is to go on a solo trip, and find myself and also explore.

Cheers to 22 , a year filled with so many possibilities. Cheers to love, health favour, wisdom, laughter,genuine friendship and more money of course hehehe.

Every year, I write a sweet birthday message to myself , of how far I've come and also all I'm looking forward to every year. Well I'm grateful for 22 and can't wait to see the so many possibilities 22 has install for me.
