Furst practical from my baking class🥰, the puff was so nice 🥹

‎A few months ago, I made a post about wanting to get a new oven, but fortunately for me, it was during my second-semester holiday, which was quite long. I thought hard and long, as I mentioned here, and received some advice that I should pay for the baking class during the holiday and then find a way to save money for the new oven later.

‎In a nutshell, my holiday was fun and impactful because I got to learn a new skill, get a new oven, and also get a brand name for my business(which I did🥰). It wasn't the best in terms of finance but thank God I'm still holding up.
‎After paying for my baking class, I did a few practicals, and later couldn't meet up with the expenses, so I had to take a pause. (told my teacher I would continue next year during my holiday, by then I'd have a little money to continue).

‎After months of cracking my head on how to get an oven and start my business, I took out a loan from my big sis to get an oven for myself and I'm super grateful to her 🥰...

‎Have you ever had an encounter with these bus drivers when you waybill? So here's how it went down between the bus driver and me.

‎ After paying 30k for the waybill, this bus driver had the guts to tell me that I would have to pay another 15k before my waybill would get to me 😂😂, and that's approximately another $11.
‎ Immediately he said that, I just burst out laughing ( the Nigerian in me couldn't help it😂😂) I had to give him gbas gbos. The bus driver was surprised and angry at the same time. He was even threatening to take my oven to his house and that I'd never see it again if I don't pay.

‎I wasn't in the mood to argue with him, so I just jejely called the vendor and told her everything, and that I wanted my new baby in one piece. After long hours of back-and-forth calls, I finally got my oven in one piece without paying any extra money.
‎I told my sis about it, and she said that's how they normally do it, to extort money from people.

‎Hace unos meses, publiqué un post sobre mi deseo de comprar un horno nuevo, pero, afortunadamente para mí, fue durante las vacaciones del segundo semestre, que fueron bastante largas. Lo pensé mucho, como mencioné aquí, y recibí algunos consejos de que debía pagar el curso de repostería durante las vacaciones y luego encontrar la manera de ahorrar dinero para el nuevo horno más adelante.

‎Después de pagar mi clase de repostería, hice algunas prácticas y luego no pude hacer frente a los gastos, así que tuve que hacer una pausa. (Le dije a mi profesora que continuaría el año que viene durante mis vacaciones, para entonces tendría un poco de dinero para continuar).

‎ Después de pagar 30 000 por el albarán, este conductor de autobús tuvo el descaro de decirme que tendría que pagar otros 15 000 antes de que me entregaran el albarán 😂😂, lo que supone aproximadamente otros 11 dólares.
‎ En cuanto dijo eso, me eché a reír (el nigeriano que hay en mí no pudo evitarlo😂😂) y tuve que darle gbas gbos. El conductor del autobús se sorprendió y se enfadó al mismo tiempo. Incluso amenazó con llevarse mi horno a su casa y decirme que nunca lo volvería a ver si no pagaba.

‎No estaba de humor para discutir con él, así que llamé tranquilamente a la vendedora y le conté todo, y le dije que quería mi nuevo bebé intacto. Después de largas horas de llamadas de ida y vuelta, finalmente conseguí mi horno intacto sin pagar ningún dinero extra.
‎Se lo conté a mi hermana y me dijo que así es como suelen hacerlo, para extorsionar a la gente.
