Weather Conspiracy

Hope you guys like this new fictional story. For the past few weeks I had been noticing unusual cloud patterns. Never in my life had seen such prolonged odd cloud formation. This got the consilpiracist in me theorizing, what if aliens are using the clouds to move about the planet? This is for a story, of course, not a real theory ahehe.

My imagination got wilder until finally the story I've been working came to a premise that what if all weather bureaus are involved in a grand conspiracy.

Think about it, if there's a branch in government that utilizes the satellites more frequently than any other is the weather bureaus. Only satellites can track down clouds. So that means every meteorologists need to be familiar with such high tech equipment or how can they call themselves meteorologists if they can't read satellite readings.

I'm just pointing out weather bureaus would really need to have higher permissions than most government officials.
