Republic of Earth (a short story vid)

In my new YouTube story, I delved on asking how could the world achieve peace?

I got to thinking, ""Yeah, how?"

Usually the different nations come as one when a massive tragedy strikes like magnitude 8 earthquakes or volcanoes erupting or city wide fires, things like that.

Then there are the stockpiles of the different countries. Yes, I'm talking of nuclear stockpiles. Somehow it gives some countries license to bully others. As long as one country posseses them, one country will always act untouchable. A nuclear country may have a level headed leader now but 20 years down the line what if a narcissist sits at the helm? There ain't gonna be real peace when somebody has atomic toys.

To achieve real peace then means the nukes has to go. I think also peace can be achieved when there is only one government governing the whole world.

In this story I came up with a disaster that brought the world together and how big prideful countries like America and China will agree to a one country world.

Ooh, this is making me remind of John Lennon's Imagine song.
