Table 12 states $354 billion for all aid sectors and various different definitions for Food Security, the biggest definition is at $77 billion for 2021.

However, looking at Guardian article closely, it appears their headline is misleading and they actually state that $330 billion (or $33 billion per year) is needed IN ADDITION to the current spending.
