The Ultimate 30-Day Challenge: My Top Choice
It has to be a month of exploring as much delicacies as possible, it's my top choice no matter the number of times I think about it. A lot of times I've thought about how lacking I am in regards to the number of meals I can prepare considering my love to learn to try new recipes.
Even though I still try my best to try out new recipes I come across, it's no lie that the expenses can be a lot on me so it keeps me from trying a lot of them. I always admire people who do international cooking, like they cook just any kind of meal regardless of the country they are in.
I have a dream kitchen in mind when I have a new family so it's one of my plans to have a better cooking skill than I do now to utilize my dream kitchen well enough. Preparing just anything from my kitchen, from soups to pastries to snacks, whatever my family and I crave can be created.
So if I have that one rare chance to go a whole month to learn one skill, it has to be the "Chef skill" and I mean, the chef that prepares both local and international dishes. I am more than confident that I'll be a master at it in those 30 days because I'm a big lover of cooking already.
I can already imagine having all the best recipes slated out, ingredients ready to use and cool cooking machines to make it less stressful in those 30 days. There is always the ease that comes when you have to cook and everything is ready for you to just start flaunting your skill lol.
I imagine a top chef doing the training and trying to make sure I get everything that is being taught, I can bet I won't be a difficult student learning such a skill as it is something I would be too curious on how to get it right at only few trials to cause any difficulty. I'd be an easy one to learn.
A 30-Day Challenge to learn all I can about being a great chef for myself and family. Yeah, I could actually think of making money with such a skill when I get it but it's mainly to prepare the best meals for my family as it's huge part of keeping healthy and spending less in a big number family.
If such an opportunity comes, I'm sure each week in the month would be focused on different aspects of cooking and I'll even get to learn tips on keeping a healthy cooking environment, having a good arrangement of kitchen tools, meals in the fridge and having a good taste buds.
Healthwise, I believe a training to become a better chef would also mean knowing more healthy meals to explore and master how to prepare them. It would be an amazing month for me because it's a dream I plan to achieve someday even if I don't get such an opportunity.

Merit, the international chef. I am sure you'd do great at cooking all kinds of international dishes if all the recipes were available. I can imagine you cooking Korean meals, too. Lol.
If only those things as hindrances are removed and all things required are available, don't you think we'd go far now?
Haha Korean meals are definitely included. 😅
It would have been a really great kitchen experience with no hindrance, for real.
Merit, you’re already a chef to me. You probably just need a little polishing and a brand and you’re good to go.
Being a chef is actually a good thing and with your skills, I think you’d make a pretty good one. I would love to see future Chef Merit at work.❤️
Haha thank you, Nhaji. 🥰

Thank you, I will try. 😊
One of the best part about learning this skill is you have more control on what you eat and how you eat it. Less reliant on other people and more dependent on yourself.
For me, learning to cook is mostly a way to become more self-independent besides having the ability to experiment with food ideas that pop in my head, every now and then :)
That's very true about the skill, I'm not so good at it yet but I can already control what I eat. It will definitely get better if I learn it well.
One months for cooking skills. I don't think I can master the skill even if I am dedicated for it. It's because I don't underestimate the skill and it takes good time to master it.
