The Strengths & Dynamics Of Teamworking

Just a few minutes before I started to write this post, I remembered a thought provoking song I listened to some time ago. The song kind of connects so much to what this prompt is about... Division of labour and togetherness. The song titled "I Was Here" was sang by Beyonce and in the song, she shared what every human should have in mind.

We're here for each other, the spirit of love should be a leading factor for everything we decide to do concerning ourselves and for others. And when it comes to being here for each other, work are divided and there is the togetherness in doing these works.

In any sector, there is always the division of labour for many reasons which one of them is to get things done quickly and as good as possible. I've been a witness to people who try to get things done singlehandedly, a few may succeed but a lot of things would have been better if they had let people work with them.

Just as humans can get together to work and get things done quickly or better in a formal sector, I believe it should be much easier to do same on personal and closer level. Even the strongest human needs love and to show love, it means to work together.

One thing that I am sure of is that, problems in the life of humans never ends but I could picture how easier it would get for everyone of us if we have someone or people who team with us and vice versa. While you would want others to be there for you, you also have to be there for others.

The power of teamwork, dividing the workload and showing togetherness while at it, can not be underestimated. There are lots of strengths in working together and I believe anyone with a business mind could attest to this. Difficult times are easily overcomed when there is division of labour.

I don't know about all the homes in this country but from the many observations I've done, the homes are a perfect example of what it means to be together and divide the work for ease. Sometimes I look at my family and a few others, I wish the world could play it this way.

We would get build our strengths against difficulties and make the world a better place when we are very intentional about togetherness. But truth be told, it has become a difficult thing to do in this present world as everyone wants to their own to be heard or done how they want it.

If we know just how important it is to work together in different capacities and strengths, we would achieve more than we do when we work on our own. I'll leave a lyrical video of the song to conclude the post... Enjoy!
