The Little Adventure In Shopping - Ladies' Love

When I saw the topic about ladies and shopping, so many questions came to mind that I'd love to ask the men or anyone who thinks ladies live shopping too much. I'll ask the questions while I share my views about this so read on.

First off, who doesn't love new stuffs? If you don't, I'm guessing you're way too broke that you can't afford to like new items which in most cases are more expensive 😂 am I making sense? I bet so.

So when you have the money, you need a new stuff since the old one is bad or almost dead, what do you do? You shop for a new one obviously! So tell me why one wouldn't love to shop.

If we, the ladies don't go for shopping, who will? I asked this in the comment section of @nhaji01 entry and I'm asking again. Even though there are men who go for shopping themselves, we would agree that many men do not enjoy doing the shopping part, so who would do it if ladies don't?

Many ladies may be addicted to shopping or shopping for the wrong things but it's also important to note that many ladies shop because they have a role to play in the home. If I don't go to shop for new house hold items, my dad won't have the time to do that and it would only mean there will be old and useless items around the home.

There are many reasons it shouldn't be a problem that ladies love shopping.

• A lot of us were made to love it right from the start.

I may not be among the ladies who do it way too often but I never loved shopping until I was given the role to play at home. Even till now, I can't say I'm a huge fan of shopping. I would most likely choose online shopping or ask someone to shop for me to avoid the stress that comes with it but I have a role to play most of the times.

• Not everything others can help us shop for.

We are ladies and so we have special buys that doesn't have to go through some eyes. Yes, there are men who can do those kind of shopping for the ladies but not all and so, you find us the ladies doing the shopping ourselves. We are also good with the prices that are fair enough for a buy, most men are not.

• Women love to look their best.

Even men love to look good too and that is why people sell men wears and men go out to get them but yes, I agree that ladies do this way more often than men and I'm one of them. Mind you, I am not a huge fan of it but I have to buy some wears at some point so not to keep repeating wears or looking same all year round 😂

• Shopping helps women to deal with emotional stress

Someone said this but I'm yet to understand how exactly. Maybe it would be emotional stress relieving if someone takes me out for shopping and it isn't me doing it myself but if it stress relieving when I do it myself, I'm disagreeing with that. I don't feel any stress relieve in exploring a whole shop to get what I really need, it's stressful to me. But if it works for other ladies, that is cool too.

Personally, I love the "don't know what to expect" or "little buys" in shopping. It's exciting especially when I do it with or for family and most especially with my own money. I know a lot of ladies has made it seem like ladies can't shop without the money from men but I'm proving that wrong from small corner. The major solution to this is being contented and buying just what I need.

Ladies love shopping, I totally agree but there are a whole lot of situations behind every lady you see shopping. It wouldn't be fair to conclude that they just love to shop.
