A World Away: Unveiling The Unique Charm Of Seoul, Korea

It's no news that I'm a big lover of kdrama, so yes, that's the foundation of my love for a country that I keep finding more reasons to want to visit there. At first, it's all just my love for their storylines and how well they display their culture and beliefs in the stories. Slowly, I began to fall in love for more.

I met with a friend that knew way more than I'd ever known about Korea and the more he talked about the country, the more I kept affirming that I have fallen in love with a country deserving. A country that isn't perfect like every other but worth the admiration of a citizen from another.

I've always love the country, Korea but I won't lie that I've not had some other countries in mind to visit. I want to experience what it's like to be in these countries... Dubia, China, America and the Netherlands. These are countries that won my heart for different beautiful reasons in movies.

"Korea" is a big country of many cities divided into the northern and southern parts, I'm more interested in the southern part, most especially the "City of Seoul". From all I've heard and seen in movies about the Northern Korea, it would be too old fashioned for me to live in, I might be wrong.

"The City of Seoul" is the capital of the southern Korea. A place that their movies and series have portrayed to have become well modernized but they don't fail to display their culture especially of respect and greetings to their elderly ones. Their style of greeting themselves is so fascinating.

I'm always reminded of my background when I see this about Korea, we value respect display a lot in my part of the country and some other states like the yorubas value it even more. So I feel I'll easily learn the Korea style of greeting should I visit or live there, growing respect there.

I love the scenery of Korea, maybe their movies makes it all so beautiful but from my personal researches, it is indeed a beautiful place to behold. Of course, I've learned there are not so beautiful places there too but that makes it the imperfect country it should be, still a cool place.

My recent findings about the people who live there has actually made me decide that I'd rather go there for visit and tourism then return. It isn't a country I'd love to relocate and live in but it's definitely the first on my list to explore their foods, fashion styles and popular places I love.

The Koreans have a charming fashion sense generally, from their native to modern dressing styles, I'm interested in exploring these beauties. From my few researches, it's quite a safe country to stop by but there is possibility of racism although I've only heard about this from others.

In any case, it's a country I'll happily visit and then when I get back, I'll plan for a better country I can move to and stay there, maybe like The Netherlands lol. You won't blame me, there is just so many countries of this world to love and be in.

It seems we both have similar desire to visit Korea, South Korea specifically 😅.

The manner at which they are culture oriented is just top notch, well I'm not about their culture and beautiful infrastructure only, I'm also in love with their diet and meals, it always looks healthy, traditional and delicious 😂
