A Duo Vacation - Being Celebs For A Day

It's been a short while since I participated in the weekly prompts, I'll blame my brain for not being able to come up with something for the other prompts before now or maybe I just didn't try hard enough to join in. In any case, it's good to be here once again to share an entry for the interesting prompts given.

I'm choosing to share a vacation experience this time and it is mainly for the fact that it makes me feel happy and excited thinking back to that day while I write about it.

For someone who finds it super comfortable at home and hardly go out, any outing I spend and dress up for is a vacation for me and I tend to cherish it for a long time. Last year in July which happened to be on my birthday, my friend kept to her promise. Taking us out to spend a day at the new "Celebrityz club & Lounge" some distance away from home.

It was a place built for people to pay some fees and have a nice time daily, there was a club, a bar, a restaurant and a play side with beautiful art works in it... All for people to enjoy their time with the money they paid. As my friend referred to it and as my title says, it was a chance to live the celebrity life at least for a day.

The place was so beautiful when we got inside, the organization was top notched. A lot of persons were there when we got there but we got our own space to have our fun, a Duo fun! I bet I wouldn't have had much fun as I did if my friend didn't go there with me, every person there were in pairs lol.

We went from having drinks to taking a lot of pictures. They had only alcoholic and energy drinks and since I didn't want a situation of me being dragged out of the place, I stayed away from alcohol lol. My friend took a bottle of alcohol though but I guess she obviously didn't lose her cool after that so we were good.

Our time at Celebrityz club & lounge was amazing as we chatted and watching people who came to have fun too. Some paid the fee to just sit down and relax till they leave, I find it cool and a nice thing to try especially for someone who rarely leaves home or have fun offline.

There was no much activities to get involved in but we did watch some guys play tennis ball, some girls dancing for their Tiktok videos and we had good laughs when we saw something funny, it was a very fun day for the two of us.

Riding on a swing was a bonus for me, I couldn't remember the last time I was on one aside the ones I improvise at home 😅 so I made sure to abuse that swing, took pictures and videos until we left there. I have a kinda funny video of this moment that I love so much and I doubt I'll ever delete it from my gallery.

The day out was fun while it lasted, we left there and went back to our busy and indoor lives the next day. Glad I have the memory to keep and hopefully will try a solo vacation, family vacation and even maybe a world vacation someday hehe.
