𝑨 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝑶𝒇 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆, 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 𝑶𝒇 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒏 - Weather Report

We can't imagine the world without weather changes, it is what makes the world looks beautiful, feels comfortable and keeps it going for generations. Because of my love for the rainy and cold seasons, I've once wished there would only be cold seasons forgetting that every season have their own roles to play for the world to keep going.

My favourite weather is the cold one and more preferable the rainy one when I'm indoors, not getting drenched outside because I forgot to take an umbrella along.

It's the rainy season here in my country and it's been as the title says in my part of the country (Delta)... A minute of rain, hours of rain. There is one thing I've learnt from others in my country, do not praise the weather so much, it will start acting up 😅 and that happens a lot here. One minute, you're happy about the sun and ready to get things done that rain could delay and another minute, you're running to get a shade because the rain didn't give signal before it starts.

That's the situation here in my city, the rain falls without any signal or notice and I begin to wonder how people in the market places survive this period. I do love the rainy season but not for the inconvenience it causes when people have to go around for their daily earnings. I love it for the cold weather and calm atmosphere it leaves after it rains.

It's kinda frustrating to see heavy rainfall that goes on for hours, not to me but for people who will suffer loss because of it. I won't even start ranting on about people who live in areas that get easily flooded when it rains more than 30 minutes, it's more than frustrating for them I can tell.

For days now, it's been raining more than the sun shines. I'm even grateful we get to have sunshine in this season especially with the amount of rainfall we have here. It may not last for long to even dry clothes but the little time the sun shines, it keeps the weather cool and moderate for normal body temperature. There's hardly heat and there is hardly cold, just cool and normal.

If I would have a second favourite weather, it would be the snow weather but my country don't have one 😅 it's one of the weather I'll love to experience if I should visit other countries that do have it. So my next possible favourite weather is what we call the "Harmattan" weather here. I guess I'm attracted to this weather because of the cool mornings too.

Well, that's for the weather report in my city. It's rain after rain with small sunshine break which is not so bad I guess. What about your city?
