A lot of things in this life is a competition, we may choose not to compete but we must set ourselves to achieve better than we did in the past years... What matters is, we are growing in whatever pace we decide to use. Some people see goal setting as an irrelevant step for success, they believe taking actions once the thought comes up is okay and of course, some will do well in that but some won't.
But Entrepreneurs are not the kind of people to act on whatever comes to mind without a plan and a goal to achieve. I've been around entrepreneurs to learn this about them, they always seem to work with a plan and some have goals they review from time to time.
My focus for this content is the aspect of reviewing one's goals for better results and achievement. A lot of Entrepreneurs started out in their business with objectives, what they aim and put in efforts to achieve. Some stick to this objective even if they don't do well in it for a long time and some sit back to review old goals or set new goals for new possibilities.
Entrepreneurs who do this have more to gain, they are the ones who are open to new ideas or ways of doing things, ready to adjust and set the bar high for others who are trying to compete with them. I've just shared some of the power of new goals to earlier objectives in Entrepreneurship. And there are more which I'll be focusing on.
An entrepreneur friend once told me she create goals not to make sure she achieve them at any cost but to keep a consistent behaviour in her business. People who patronize entrepreneurs would always love one that is consistent in giving the best product or services. Creating new goals for your early objectives is one way you can keep that consistent in style.
Another power in setting new goals is to follow recent trends. Let's accept it, a lot of customers or patronizers out there prefers to follow whatever is trending to going with the usual. What happens to an entrepreneur if he or she sticks to the old way of making her products or doing her services? A lot of what we do as entrepreneurs require advancement and following trends to do better.
Of course, there is the keeping to originality and being passionate about what you love doing as an entrepreneur but keep a goal that would not keep you stagnant in doing something to earn less than you should. The whole idea of having a business, doing a job, or investing is to make money, keep that in mind to create new goals.
Mind you, you're not necessarily changing your objective for owning the business or learning the skill. Some objectives could go for as long as you work as an entrepreneur but goals are what you have to keep reviewing or setting new ones to keep your objectives alive and dynamic.
You are a better entrepreneur when you are dynamic with your decision making, consistent in what you give to the public and always ready to learn, using the power of new goals to your earlier objectives. What do you think about new goals in Entrepreneurship?

Good evening @merit.ahama, I see the objectives as a path to follow and as such we have some that we say are fixed and strong as those that belong to our life project and there are others that are flexible moved by the circumstances that surround us, in both cases the objectives are guides to reach where we want.
