An Economist is a person that studies economics and formulate theories based on economic principles. That's the best definition I can come up with.
In this economy we find ourselves, we all need to be economist. Managing our resources is very important to avoid wastage, inefficiency. We need the knowledge and practice of economics to achieve this.
Even if we are not an economist by profession, we can obtain the basic knowledge in helping us manage our resources. I know if more of the population in a country are acquainted with basic economic knowledge, there will be growth and development in such country. So, let's do the needful.
