Mindfulness... achieving inner peace (LOH 226)

Peace is a something precious that every human needs to have. Anyone living without peace is not living at all. We should be mindful of the way we live, this will bring us peace where necessary because mindfulness would help us locate areas of our lives that needs to be worked on.

Mindfulness meditation is a practice that involves focusing on the present moment without judgment. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve physical health. Link

Our life is meant to be deliberate, we have to deliberately choose peace above all things. When we have peace, every other thing fall into place because our mind is clear.

In a world where everyone is busy, running here and there we need to keep our peace. We hear news of bad things happening all around the world, Mo's of them not encouraging. But if we are mindful of our life, we would not let it get to us. We can only have peace when we live in the present and we do not judge everything we see.

I used the image of a dove because it depicts peace, it does not disturb itself over everything happening around it. This does not mean we should neglect others in need but we need to pick our battles wisely and keep our mind peaceful.

Peace is something everyone needs as far as life is concerned... and like you mentioned, Mindfulness meditation can help a lot to reduce stress, anxiety, and above all, improve physical and mental wellbeing.
