The Tale of Ryuzo

Lord Jin Sakai old friend, Ryuzo, the leader of the Straw Hat Ronin, agreed to help me save Lord Shimura after I helped them recover foods for his Ronin's people.

After the attack team finished the meeting, Ryuzin asked me to prepare. I don't have to prepare anything, so I took my time to walk around the camp and take some nice pictures of the Ronins there.

The Straw Hat Ronin's Camp

This man was working on the bonfire.

Tidying up the attire? I think...

This dude was not ready to get up yet. He might be hungry and have no energy left. They are starving.

They were having a conversation about something. The bonfire keeps them warm and comfortable.

They really like to tidy up.

It must be cold in the early morning. This borfire is a lifesaver.

This one keeps the camp on guard.

I think these both have a night shift guarding the camp. They were still sleeping.

Mysterious Tower

After taking some pictures of the Ronins in their camp, I took my leave crossing the thick jungle to reach this main road.

After riding for a while, I saw a big and tall watchtower up the hill. I guess there were probably a small group of enemies guarding the tower.

My assumption was wrong. It's a hill called Komatsu. I saw a monk and a sitting body lean back into the well.

When I approached the well, I saw dead bodies. The monk was just standing still. So many dead bodies, but there's no blood. The monk then told me that it was caused by a plague. All those dead body were dumped into the well which they unknowingly drank from it. It's a bad way to die. The monk also said that he will burn the bodies to prevent the plague from spreading but there was one problem. There was run away sick people that affected by the plague. The monk offer to find the sick a healer if he still alive. There was a track, footsteps leading away from here.

There were two dead bodies inside the tower. They suffered to the death.

This well is poisonous? I think.. How cruel!

I am sorry, monk but I will track the footsteps later. My friends were waiting for me at the cemetery down this hill. I had to climb down the hill. Falling from this high will kill me instantly.

Takuzudama Cemetery

I climbed down from Komatsu. Step by step.

I almost reached the bottom of the hill.

After I reached the bottom, I just walked, following the wind that would bring me to the cemetery.

After a few short walks, I reached the entrance of the cemetery.

Ryuzo should be here somewhere.

Finally, I found Ryuzo with his attack team.

The Straw Hat Big Six

According to Ryuzo, we were waiting for their scout to return. I count, including me, that we only have six Ronins to do this important mission. The rest of the Ronins were at the camp either because they had no energy to attack or because these team were chosen among the best.

One...

Two..

Three..

Four..

Ryuzo...

We were ready to fight! The scout returned after a while, so we left the cemetery for Fort Ohira.

Fort Ohira Under Attack, by Six Ronins!

We reached outside of Fort Ohira's fences. Sneaking our way, we approached it.

After a short discussion, we decided to split. They will attack from the front gate, while my mission was to disable the fort's alarm mechanic and give them a signal to start the attack.

The alarm mechanic was located at the top of the tower.

The fallen tree was my way in. I climbed up the fence directly to their roof.

I scout around to decide which route I should take to reach the top of the tower. I can see the front gate from up here. They will attack from this front gate after I gave them the signal.

There were two guard guarding the front entrance of the tower.

I saw weakness on the hillside. The guards were standing too far from each other. I can kill them on by one without being noticed.

It was just before the sun was about to set.

I jumped down from the roof and sneaked my way to assassinate my first target.

Stabbed through the skull.

My second target didn't notice what happened to the first guard.

The throat... zapp..

I keep sneaking. I walked to the back of the tower to see if I could find a backdoor.

I was right. There was an opening, enough to go through if I squeezed my body.

There was a ladder on my left, but the two guards were just outside. I hope they will not notice if I made my climb up.

After climbing up to the first floor of the tower, I was shocked by this dude. Luckily he didn't notice me.

So, I eliminate him.

I reached the top of the tower. The view was beautiful.

This was the alarm mechanic.

After disabling the alarm, I ignited the lighthouse tower with the brazier.

The Ronins rushed into the fort through the front gate. So, the battle begins.

That the last of them. One of our Ronins died in this battle. After looking around the fort, we found out that, there were no foods in it.

Mission to Take The Boat

We the realized that there were ships, big one, on the sea. So, we assume that they were taking the food offshore. We must hurry and take the last boat to take us to the ship. Ryuzo's plan was to steal the boat without being noticed, but I had something else in mind. I want to go rampage. While the other three Ronin take positions on higher ground, shoot using their bows, Ryuzo and I will take the boat.

After the tnt exploded by the archer team, I jump down there and become a crazy man, killing every single enemy I found.

Final Battle on The Ship

We manage to take the boat, and catch up the ship. We searched the ship, but unfortunately we found no food.

We proceed to open the front door and found out there were several enemies. The battle on the ship begins. For the first round, it was 4 vs 2. I killed 3 enemies while Ryuzo killed 1.

We had battle of arrow for a while. I had to wait the right time to make the shot. I think my bow need to be upgraded soon, because I need to attack two times before the enemy down. Ryuzo did nothing.

After defeating all the enemy's archers, we went to their ship to continue our search for foods. We fought a few enemies and their leader. So, funny thing happened when we fought the leader. I switched to Wind Stand because the leader was using a spear. When I make my special move, I kicked the leader out from the ship, and he died on the spot.

Ryuzo then asked me to proceed to the next ship, while he searching the the food on this ship. We thought after killing the leader of this ship, no more enemies onboard. So I proceed solo to the next ship.

On the ship that I soloed, I fought a few enemies, release a black bear, watched the bear having fun killing the Mongol, and found important Mongol document.

After I took the Mongol War Plans, I rushed to Ryuzo, I found no food but this war plan, was worth it.

Earlier, when we thought that there were no enemies, we were wrong. Ryuzo manage to killed the small enemies, but he almost killed by the giant. It was intense fight, I got hit few times, sent flying few times, but at the end the giant died by my wind stand's kick.

Ryuzo own me one on this battle, so, he promise to me that he will help me to save my uncle when the time is come. Although, we found no food, but we found the Mongol's war plan. This document will take Mongol down. After defeating the giant, reinforcement came, shooting fire arrows toward us, burn the ship we were on. The fire spread so fast, so we have no choice, we hold our breath and jump into the ocean. Actually I still want to fight but the mission end there.

The good news is I manage to recruit Ryuzo!
