Staying Stoic when things are not working

A conversation I had earlier with a friend reminded me of an old boss of mine, a lady that truly embodied being stoic. Honestly, I have no defense here. After listening to my recording back (as one does) I'm a little ashamed of the fact I've not reached out to her in a long time. Anyways, you need to listen to the story for it to make sense.

Does this relate to Hive, I can hear you asking? Well, I think it does. Because, you see, things are not truly the way we all wished they were. The price keeps on dropping, and yet there are plenty of people here building. The truth is that no matter how long you think it might take for a project to succeed, its probably going to take a lot longer than that. It's an important truth to keep in mind.
