A Quick Note from Leadership

Dear Employee,

It’s come to my attention that some of you aren't entirely thrilled with how things are going here at FokiorLife Inc. I want you to know—I hear you. I see you. I'm here to listen.

That said, I also want to take a moment to address a concerning trend. It seems that, despite our rigorous interview process and extensive culture-fit questionnaires, a few individuals have slipped through the cracks. Individuals who—let's be honest—are not team players. We've always said that culture is everything, and unfortunately, a few bad apples have revealed themselves to be liars, grumblers, and in some cases... traitors.

I understand Mother’s Day is coming up, and I deeply respect the sacred role of motherhood. However, given our current challenges, time off this weekend is not something we can accommodate. We’re counting on each and every one of you to help us meet our quarterly goals. After all, what kind of message would it send if mothers were to lose their income right now? Let’s not create unnecessary hardship—especially for mothers.

I’d also like to clear the air regarding some unfortunate rumors. We are aware that a handful of employees recently signed a petition to unionize, organized by Andrew Colt. As of this morning, Andrew has been relieved of his duties. His behavior—disruptive, divisive, and frankly chaotic—has no place in a company built on trust and productivity. While we are choosing to move forward and forgive, we will be holding one-on-one meetings with anyone who co-signed the petition. Please watch your inbox for a scheduling email.

Again, let me reiterate: here at FokiorLife Inc., you matter. We value the unique contributions each of you brings to the table, and we’re committed to ensuring your voices are heard—through the appropriate channels.

That being said, I need ten volunteers to work a double shift this Saturday. If I don’t hear back by 5 p.m., I will personally assign the shifts. This is not optional. We've fallen behind, and now is the time to prove our loyalty to the mission.

With appreciation and unity,
Stan Fokmasters
CEO, FokiorLife Inc.

Got to keep the shareholders happy. Management will be petitioning government to scraps pesky pro-worker legislation.
