A MenO on a mission

You know, today was one of those days. I feel like I just worked out for the first time in years—but somehow, there’s no soreness involved. I feel like a man on a mission, hitting the pavement at full speed.
I have to say, my cousin is beside himself, and I want to express deep gratitude to those who took the time to say hi and support his first post. I'm sure he's kicking himself for not listening to me years ago—but hey, better late than never.
I do wonder if setting up some kind of community space or landing page makes more sense than me just sharing the blogs of our newest Hiveans. If it’s getting annoying, I apologize. But I trust everyone on Hive understands the value of this place. It comes from the people. That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less.
If you're wondering why I’m suddenly so motivated, the answer is simple: I'm seeing things happen every single day. I see amazing people putting in the work. And it's not just the developers—though their projects are inspiring—it’s also the community leaders, the folks hosting shows on Discord, everyone. If I had to explain why I'm bullish, I'd just hold up a mirror to you guys.
I arrived home a few minutes ago and told my dear wife about this vision I’ve been having:
Imagine… we have 200 people locally—all Hiveans, all posting content, creating value. Imagine I go get an oil change, and pay my mechanic in HBD. What? We do it with Distriator—he gets extra, I get extra.
She looked at me for a second like I’d been sipping the funny juice. My tone shifted—sober, calm—and I probably ranted for another five minutes. This time, I think she just tuned out and smiled.
That’s where I’m at mentally right now, dreaming of possibilities. I can actually picture a future where all this effort becomes something bigger. A movement, even.
Anyway. Tomorrow, I hope to onboard at least two more people. Let’s see how it goes. I’m going to keep doing this until I get too tired and need to take a day off,or something.
Cheers
MenO
That’s very cool that you are motivated to onboard people. Applause! It’s people with your drive and vision that will help this platform grow into its full potential.
We have people traveling to other countries, attending conferences, spending time and money to onboard people. That is how important it is to bring more humans into our little rebellion. I feel almost obligated to do my part at this point.
Are we bringing back planking?
Calling us names doesn’t change the truth, does it, Marky? The evidence is right here for everyone to see:
The next steps are clear:
Turn off the Buildawhale scam farm: Buildawhale Comments
Your actions show that you’re a parasite on the Hive blockchain, and you’re contributing to its downfall. It’s tragic because Hive hasn’t even had a real chance to shine, thanks to people like you who exploit it for personal gain. You milk the system dry, downvote whoever you want, and let your online friends suck up to you as if you’re some kind of god—LOL. But let’s be honest, you’re far from it. If anything, your behavior makes you more like a heartless devil, destroying the very community you claim to care about.
Stop the abusive downvotes: Buildawhale Activities
It’s time to take responsibility for your actions before you cause even more harm. The truth is out there, and no amount of name-calling or deflection will change that.
Me might have to do it... help this place moon. Think about it.
Plank = moon <--- its obvious, just never thought about it.
now I can see it clearly
