In a world… where the economy is worth less than a Happy Meal… one man dares to fight back.

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, fresh off a cameo audition for Tropic Thunder 2: Narcos in Paradise, announced Monday that he’s mobilizing 4.5 million ‘militiamen’ to defend the nation against U.S. “threats.”

Picture it: an army of underfed extras, armed with rusty AKs and flip-flops, marching through the jungle while Maduro yells lines like, “Nobody goes full militia!”

Meanwhile, Washington raised the bounty on him to $50 million—which, let’s be real, is worth more than Venezuela’s GDP at this point.

This isn’t national defense. This is Tropic Thunder: Caracas Edition.
