Billions in Deals for Trump… Awkward Greetings for Biden. I Wonder Why

So apparently the Saudi Crown Prince is treating Trump like a VIP guest at a 7-star desert resort… meanwhile Biden barely got the awkward “fist bump of destiny.” But hey, I’m sure there’s no reason for that, right? 😂

Because nothing says “best friends forever” like $142 BILLION in defense deals and $600 billion in planned U.S. investments. Trump and MBS signed a Strategic Economic Partnership so big the table probably needed seatbelts.

Trump calls MBS “incredible” and “a great guy,” and MBS reportedly congratulated Trump after he took office again, signaling he wants to deepen cooperation. During their recent meeting, they looked like the Middle East’s version of a buddy-cop poster—big smiles, firm handshake, mutual compliments.

Meanwhile… Biden showed up with talk about accountability, human rights, Khashoggi, and all the serious stuff. Saudi reaction?

Blink… blink…

And who could forget the most uncomfortable greeting in diplomatic history: the fist bump that moved absolutely no one? Analysts say MBS prefers Trump’s transactional style—big deals, fewer lectures—over Biden’s values-first approach.

Translation:
Trump: “What can we build together?”
Biden: “We need to talk about your behavior.”
MBS: “Yeahhhh… next.”

Even King Salman jumped in, publicly praising the outcomes of the Trump meetings. The Saudi message is basically: With Trump, we see a shared future in AI, modernization, and giant bags of money.

So what does this all mean? Simple: Saudi Arabia likes partners who talk business, not feelings. Trump came with a shopping cart. Biden came with a lecture. Guess who gets invited back to the palace?

So… should Biden start practicing his fist bumps, or is it already too late for a sequel? 🤷‍♂️
