Hello hivians. Welcome to my blog. My first time here on this platform. Thank you @CineTV for the opportunity to give our thoughts and reviews on different movies.

Weve been asked to talk about our favorite Disney movies. The very first that came to my mind was Moana. The number of times I've watched that movie is really unhealthy. I was 12 when that movie got out and even with the season 2 out I can't get over Moana 1.

Watching the movie Moana really left something in me. Moana was produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2016. It's a story about a young vibrant girl from Polynesia named Moana Waialiki, who sets on a daring and very dangerous journey to save her island from the drought and also to discover her true self. She's the daughter to the chief of the island of Motunui. A teenager that is stubborn but strong-willed and loves adventures and Saw herself as one connected to the ocean.

She setting out to save her land is all because of an act that was carried out by a demigod years back, a demigod named Maui. He stole the heart of Te Fiti, a goddes that gave life to nature and the people of the island.

What I loved about this particular movie was the lesson it portrayed to we the young ones that watched. That being determined and courageous, I could always save the day. And what really made me feel connected to the movies were the songs and it just made me blend. Disney did a really good job with the animations. Truthfully I was influenced by the movie Moana, I just thought about how embracing courage could help me scale through difficult situations.

There were a lot of interesting parts in the movie Moana. From the parts where the water speaks to her even as a kid, and also the part where she meets Maiu and he gets on her nerves every minutes, the ups and downs, the scenes where there were friends and next minute someone could swear thete were born enemies. I just enjoyed every bit of it and the most interesting part will be the twist, discovering that Te kã, the lava monster was actually Te Fiti. I do loved it.

The scene that pops into my mind is the part where Moana has to calm Te kã down to fix back the heart and get her to become the wonderful Te Fiti. The song she sang, the waters, it lives rent free in my head.

A performance that lives an impression will be the part where she performs the song "How far I'll go". I couldn't help but cry. I could see the willingness to help her people even when she was discouraged and the part where her late grandma gets to speak to her.

I consider this movie significant and great because of the details and the great work that was put into production. The animations, storytelling, the music and the lesson it portrayed to the heart of people. This movie warmed the hearts of both young and old.

I don't think there's anyone who hasn't seen Moana. If I am to rate it I'll give it a 9/10

This is one of the Disney movies I haven't seen, the truth is I didn't even know what it was about, now I want to see it. It has one or more lessons that we can rediscover by watching it.
