Odin and Andy
The activity of the pets at my daughters house is always fun to see. This video of Odin and Andy made me laugh and I wanted to share it with you!
Odin is a rescue cat. He was surviving here in my woods, and my daughter was able to tempt him into a pet carrier and he has become a well loved and pampered part of the family. His months living wild were hard on him and he somehow lost an eye.
Andy is an old guy whose previous loving owner ended up in a nursing home. My daughter agreed to adopting him so that he could live out his final days with her family. His final days have turned into years, although he is moving pretty slow these days, and can seldom be tempted to play with the cat anymore. But Odin continues to try!
Odin has decided that Andy is..... BORING!
After living in the city with his original owner Andy loves being able to spend time outdoors in his big fenced in backyard.
Pets bring us so much joy!

I know a lot of people who have both dogs and cats as pets. They can be good friends!
Both Odin and Andy have interesting stories! Looks like Andy is quite moody!

Looks like they've accepted each other otherwise cats and dogs always seem to be fighting.😄
They get along great. Odin has a hard time understanding that Andy is getting old and can no longer play like he used to

Last year Andy was still able to chase Odin all around the house. But he is getting to old for such nonsense these days! Poor old guy.
He sure didn't want to play with the cat! When I was a kid we had a dog and cat that were best friends and played with each other all the time!

Odin is respectful of his elders 😆 I was waiting for a swat to Andy's nose 😅
They are pretty good friends. Odin keeps trying to get Andy to play again like he used to, but Andy can't keep up anymore.
I also have cats in the same way and they have given birth to babies so I have also made posts about them having a great time playing with them.
They are a lot of fun. !INDEED

Awww... Andy and Odin are quite the pair, Odin is truly mischievous I can see.. 😁
That is awesome! …so your daughter…not just rescuing crows, but any animal in need! She must have a big heart - i must imagine you are very proud to be the mother of such a compassionate and caring human!
Andy is not feeling up to it, one could tell from the way he kept looking at Odin but Odin felt certainly ignored... Hehehehe
