As summer flowers begin to fade a trip to the garden center offers an opportunity to extend the growing season by refilling pots and window boxes with chrysanthemums.
There is a wide variety of colors and different types of blossoms to choose from that will give another 4-8 weeks of beauty to the garden.

The garden center is a cheerful place to wander through on a pleasant sunny afternoon!
The pink and white varieties were eventually chosen to fill the balcony planters at my kids condo. These will keep the view out the windows looking colorful before winter approaches!

Oh my favorite season is waving at me. Bring on the jeans and sweatshirts. Not bad also to bring out the not so heavy coats either. Oh and finally put the lawn mower away, haha. I love mother nature's make over in the autumn months and the flowers you share is a good taste of it. A shout out to the Ladies of Hive Happy 4th chain anniversary. I absolutely love the fall mums! I have purchased 2 ginormous ones from Costco. One is in full bloom and the other, just acquired today, has a ton of blooms waiting to emerge! They add so much to the season. The garden center you visited looks lovely. Thank you for sharing and have a lovely week!
I still want to get one for my front door. Raccoons and Woodchucks have destroyed so many of my plants this year. I will need to get creative about protecting a new one.
Oh my! I don't have any advice for that unfortunately. We rarely see raccoons here and I don't think I've ever seen a Woodchuck here at all. I've had a menacing squirrel before though. I hope they don't get the mums! Send a pic if you purchase one. I love to armchair travel! Take care! !LADY

Attaching a link for Spring flowers in the wild, any wishing to see them must be aware this happens during July, highlight in August all depending on rain as they are in the wild. Namaqualand Flowers and Detail Along West Coast (above Cape Town) a trip I dearly would love to take.

Autumn is a fertile time. On Saturday, I walked through my garden and took photos about autumn. It remains only to show them to friends. The most important thing is to get together and do it.

Gorgeous garden center. There are so many mums at all the garden centers around here. I think everyone in Vermont may be required to buy some mums lol Love those ornamental peppers. Our jalapeno peppers are going strong and we have already harvested lots of peppers.

How beautiful, the advantage of living in Venezuela is that the flowers are there all the time, there are no seasons, so if you take good care of them they will always be in bloom.
