The NATURE photos that I chose for this week's contest topic were taken on the beach.
This little guy posed for a quick picture....
But when it noticed the camera, it rapidly buried itself in the sand.
Staying hidden helps protect him from ending up as someone's lunch, like his friend did!

Yikes. A photo essay about the harsh reality of nature 😜 nice pics 👍 Mexico beach? We used to see crabs like this on the Gulf of Mexico beachs in the Florida panhandle.
Nature is brutal! Yes, Pacific ocean beach at 4 Seasons Tamarindo resort. Jeff is hoping to make a couple billion so that he can move in permanently.
