Shawn Bullen is the artist who painted this 16-feet-by-18-feet mural on Elmwood Avenue at Davis Street in Evanston, Illinois. USA
The mural was painted in 2017.
The contest just began for this week, so you have until next Sunday to photograph the public art you see and enter the contest.
I couldn't resist taking this last photo with a few street shadows!
