One Of Australia's Largest Human Rights Violations Happening Right Now

I have been a bit quite lately because the Government isn't at all happy that I decided to ditch it and move on due to the fact it was becoming an Authoritarian Government and no longer met my values. Boy, has this been an uphill battle and at this stage it is easier to leave the mafia than a political party.

Using the Court System to Put me Under House Arrest

In July Government Officials issued me an intervention order for items that were published in the media 10 years ago that I did not write nor select the photograph for. They dispute the journalist and debate the articles merits in the document.

Victoria Police also made false and defamatory statements that I had been threatening the government and government officials. They places a 200 meter restriction that I can not go near the government officials workplace. The Government Officials workplace is deeming to be my Local Government Area.

Simply living in my home is a breach.

Buying Food, Going to The Doctors, Taking My kids to school and walking out my front door is a breach of court orders

Over the past few months I have sustained ongoing Victoria Police harassment and been arrested and released without charge on multiple occasions for the same things. I am fighting back and have issued my own legal writs against the government and here is where things get spicy.

On Wednesday 17 September directions hearings were set against Government Agencies, Victoria Police and City Of Melton. The very next day Victoria Police arrested, detained me for another time and charged me. They also took my personal items as "evidence" which are not related to the charges.

City Of Melton Council Officially Attacks My Partner, Defames me and Prejudices as Case

The same day I was arrested and charged the media ran a national defamatory article misreporting on the news as well as my own local government attacking me for pursing them in court which is my legal right and equality before the law.

The council prejudiced my case by disclosing confidential information and the information surrounding the case to incite hatred from the community. The move is illegal and yet Government Agencies take no action in holding them accountable despite it being a massive breach of human rights which as the Mayor states, is what I am suing them for.

Australia is often promoted as a just and inclusive society but when you peel back the curtains there is wide spread corruption and mismanagement.
