Justified Police Action or Racial Targeting?

An interesting series of events is currently unfolding and it's something you probably don't hear much about oversees and as I am commencing legal proceedings I won't delve too much into matters as I don't want them impacting any court rulings.

But in the matter of Public Interest

My partner is currently an elected councillor and she is the state of Victoria's longest serving Indigenous person to serve. Providing an insight into Australian Culture that Aussie's do not care about your race aslong as you do the work. She is committed and has won both elections unanimously.

But it hasn't come without issue, she has suffered ongoing racial vilification by the Government and she's copped it on the chin for most instances and all attempts to have her removed or force her to resign haven't worked.

They haven't worked because she isn't there for her, she is there to represent the community and she gets it. Politics is rough as guts.

But the latest attempt to have her quit has extended to involve Victoria Police, now we are not across all details as such and we have reported matters to integrity units. We are not implying that Victoria Police willingly or knowingly has done this but something has happened.

Victoria Police has somehow gotten itself involved in the political action to force my wife to quite by attempting to issue a politically motivated Personal Safety Intervention Order against me.

The old Oh I can't hurt you so I will go for your partner and kids trick.
