Terraform Labs investors who suffered cryptocurrency losses from holdings within the Terra Ecosystem must register and submit a Crypto Loss Claim (CLC) Form before the April 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m. ET deadline. Previous submissions submitted to Equip are not sufficient and claimants must use the new submission form.
The Crypto Loss Claims Online Portal is now available for claimants to file for compensation. It is essential that all eligible individuals complete the registration and submission process to ensure their claims are properly assessed. Failure to submit a claim before the deadline will result in losing the opportunity for compensation.
How To File Your Claim
Register on the Online Portal by visiting Claims Terra Money and Confirm your email and activate your account by following the verification link sent to your inbox. Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.
Scan the QR code provided or enter the passcode manually.
Use the generated Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) to log in securely.
Submit Your Crypto Loss Claim (CLC) Form.
If you hold multiple single signature wallets, submit one CLC Form covering all wallets. If you hold at least one Multisig Wallet, submit a separate CLC Form for each Multisig Wallets you can also submit other holdings on Centralized Exchanges (CEX). Complete all required fields before submission to avoid delays. Claims are not considered officially received until all questions are answered and the form is submitted through the Online Portal.
