Court Action Over: I am not guilty and not charged

For those who have followed my articles and engagement on InLeo I have been a bit absent and you might already be across how my family and I have been dragged into a situation that has been deeply stressful, time consuming, costly and confronting. I have been targeted by police actions and by individuals who are actively attempting to remove my wife from politics.

This campaign did not remain in the realm of ideas or debate. It escalated into legal and procedural pressure that pulled us into the court system and disrupted every part of our lives.

Not Guilty

I want to be absolutely clear, in court I am not guilty and have not been convicted. I am not guilty of any crime.

Despite this, the consequences of being targeted have been real. Anyone who has experienced legal proceedings even without charges knows how quickly they can consume your time, your finances, and your mental health. Preparing responses, attending hearings, consulting legal advice and simply defending yourself against allegations that never should have existed is exhausting.

For my wife, who serves her community through politics, the situation has been especially serious. When political pressure crosses the line into personal targeting, the impact extends far beyond the individual. It affects families, children and the democratic process itself. Attempts to silence or discredit someone through legal intimidation undermine trust and participation in public life. Watching this unfold from close range has changed how I view power, accountability and the importance of transparency.

This was just a quick post to let everyone know I am safe, not guilty and free.
