Recordando juegos de mi infancia digital [Esp/Eng]

Hace unos días estuve paseando por las paginas webs que en su momento eran las que usaba para jugar y pasar tiempo en divirtiéndome cuando estaba más peque.

Y recordé un juego que me gustaba bastante, pero del que no solía pasar más del primer nivel o no llegaba tan lejos porque en términos de administrar los gastos bien no sabíamos nada jsjaja.
Se trata de Shop Empire. El cual cosiste en construir un lujoso y grandioso centro comercial, gestionando al personal, mantenerlo limpio y cuidándolo de los ladrones.

A few days ago, I was browsing through the websites that I used to play on and spend time having fun when I was younger.

And I remembered a game that I really liked, but I never got past the first level or didn't get very far because we didn't know anything about managing expenses well, ha ha ha.
It's called Shop Empire. It consists of building a luxurious and grandiose shopping mall, managing the staff, keeping it clean, and protecting it from thieves.

Este juego tiene varios tipos. Tenemos el primer Shop Empire que salió. Muy sencillo la verdad. Las tiendas eran completamente sencillas, las modificaciones eran pocas.

El primer centro comercial se hace en Francia, específicamente en su capital Paris. Al iniciar te dan pocos tips en el buzón del juego. Pero en la partecita de abajo, en una barra se muestran que misiones o pequeñas cositas debes hacer.

This game has several types. We have the first Shop Empire that came out. Very simple, really. The stores were completely straightforward, with few modifications.

The first shopping center is built in France, specifically in its capital, Paris. When you start, you are given a few tips in the game's mailbox. But at the bottom, a bar shows you what missions or small tasks you must complete.

Al iniciar te dan poca cantidad de dinero que solo alcanza para poner 2 tiendas y contratar a un electricista, alguien quien limpie y una seguridad. Pero eso lo compensa el ir haciendo las tareas que aparecen en la barra inferior, pues las recompensas son en miles.

When you start, you are given a small amount of money that is only enough to set up two stores and hire an electrician, a cleaner, and a security guard. But this is offset by completing the tasks that appear in the bottom bar, as the rewards are in the thousands.

Luego tenemos su segunda versión. Shop Empire 2. Un poco más moderno que el primero, con un mejor tutorial y nuevas funciones. De hecho, desde que inicia el juego se puede ver una gran diferencia, y al crear el perfil se ve el gran cambio. Se nota que es una versión más nueva.

Then we have the second version: Shop Empire 2. It's a little more modern than the first one, with a better tutorial and new features. In fact, you can see a big difference right from the start of the game, and when you create your profile, you can see the big change. You can tell that it's a newer version.

A diferencia del primero, uno no empieza el juego en Francia, sino que lo empieza en la india. Y a medida que vas avanzando puedes ir creando centros comerciales en otros lados del mundo.

Unlike the first game, you don't start in France, but in India. And as you progress, you can create shopping centers in other parts of the world.

Ya al empezar a jugar el tutorial es completamente diferente al anterior. Tenemos a una señora rubia con traje que la hace ver muy conocedora y sabe lo que nos dice.

Right from the start, the tutorial is completely different from the previous one. We have a blonde lady in a suit who looks very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about.

Hay más opciones de tiendas para construir en el centro comercial y se cuenta con mayor capital. En este contamos con un capital inicial de 55.000. Pero las recompensas que dan en este por realizar las tareas en poco, aunque tiene sentido, porque iniciamos con un capital mucho más razonable que en el primer juego.

There are more options for stores to build in the mall, and there is more capital available. In this game, we have an initial capital of $55,000. But the rewards for completing tasks are small, although this makes sense because we start with a much more reasonable amount of capital than in the first game.

En cuento al personal, sigue siendo igual que en el anterior, aunque en este hay uno extra. Un animador. Me gusta mucho esa opción. Es una personita disfrazada que se pasea por todo el centro comercial animando a los visitantes. Y algo más que mencionar, es que a todo el personal uno puede escoger quienes tienen turno completo, turno por la mañana o por la noche. Algo que no se podía hacer en el anterior juego.

As for the staff, it's the same as in the previous game, although there's one extra this time around: an entertainer. I really like that option. It's a little person in costume who walks around the mall entertaining visitors. Another thing worth mentioning is that you can choose whether all your staff work full shifts, morning shifts, or night shifts. That wasn't possible in the previous game.

Además, se cuenta con esta sección extra que es muy útil para ciertas actividades dentro del centro comercial, construir un parqueadero, mejorar la limpieza del personal, la seguridad del centro comercial o agregar cualquier otra cosita extra que hará el centro comercial mucho mejor.

In addition, there is this extra section that is very useful for certain activities within the shopping center, such as building a parking lot, improving staff cleanliness, shopping center security, or adding any other little extras that will make the shopping center much better.

Y en las facilidades ya no solo se cuentan con el baño y el ascensor como en su primera versión, sino que en esta, además de tener eso, también tiene terrazas, escaleras eléctricas, un banco y más cositas que se van desbloqueando según se vaya avanzando.

And the facilities no longer only include the bathroom and elevator as in the first version, but in this one, in addition to those, there are also terraces, escalators, a bench, and other little things that are unlocked as you progress.
