Ecency's well-known boosting feature has now also been removed from the website. Previously, you could boost posts with a nice vote from Ecency and in return receive Ecency points for various actions in the app or on the website. Or buy them, as I recently did with my Google Play credit.

I was hoping I could still use them up until it was finally removed.
I have of course enjoyed using it for my posts and also for posts from others. For example, I had boosted @hive.helps posts because I think it's a great project.

I'm annoyed because the points are currently not worth as much as I spent on them. Because now you only get one delegation.

Chat

There is now a chat at Ecency, you can find it at the bottom of the browser (I didn't see it, had to ask in the Discord first)

Create an account

First you have to create an account with a pin, which you should not forget, otherwise all chats will be lost when you create a new pin.

nun ist das altbekannte Boosting von Ecency auch aus der Webseite entfernt worden. Ich habe es natürlich gern für meine Beiträge genutzt und auch für Beiträge von anderen. So zum Beispiel hatte ich @hive.helps Beiträge geboostet, da ich finde, dass es ein tolles Projekt ist.

Ich ärgere mich, weil aktuell die Punkte nicht so viel Wert sind, wie ich dafür ausgegeben habe. Denn nun bekommt man dafür nur noch eine Delegation.

Zunächst muss man einen Account dafür erstellen mit einem Pin, den man nicht vergessen sollte, da sonst alle Chats verloren sind, wenn man einen neuen Pin erstellt.

Blöd, dass man nicht sieht, wo man den Pin eingeben muss, habe herumgeklickt, bis ich die Felder gefunden habe.

Sobald man diesen gespeichert hat, kann es los gehen:

Wenn man auf das kleine Plus klickt, kann man in dem wieder nicht sichtbaren Feld einen Hivenamen eingeben, mit dem man Chatten will. Das klappt aber nur, wenn der Nutzer sich bereits angemeldet hat.

Da werde ich wohl warten müssen, bis der eine oder andere es gemacht hat und mich vielleicht mal anschreibt ;)

Was sagt ihr dazu? Ist doch an sich eine tolle Neuerung, wenn diese dann auch wirklich gut funktioniert.
