here's another little update on my garden.

Unfortunately, my pak choi has been nibbled quite badly :( I hope to be able to harvest at least 2 pieces at some point.

My peppers are now bright red, I don't think there are any green ones left. I haven't picked many so far this year. Somehow there was no opportunity. But now it's time to pickle them in oil and make a salt out of them ;)

Slowly my bullhorn peppers are also getting color. I think it will be another 3-4 days before I can harvest the first ones.

I hadn't expected any more, but a few more cucumbers are ripening.

At the moment it looks like I will be able to harvest 3 more.

And 2-3 more small ones are still growing and will open their flowers shortly. I just have to make sure that they are pollinated.

We have a few tomatoes, although these are from my parents' garden.
But that's only a fraction of what I picked today.

Tomorrow we'll have tomato mozzarella for dinner.

Hallo liebe Community,

hier mal wieder ein kleines Update zu meinem Garten.

Mein Pak Choi wurde leider ganz schön angeknabbert :( Hoffe, wenigstens 2 Stück irgendwann ernten zu können.

Meine Peperoni sind inzwischen knall Rot, ich glaube grüne sind gar nciht mehr zu finden. Habe dies Jahr recht wenig gepflückt bisher. Irgendwie war keine Gelegenheit. Wird aber nun an der Zeit und dann wirds auch in Öl eingelegt und ein Salz draus gemacht ;)

Langsam bekommen auch meine Bullhornpaprika Farbe. Denke 3-4 Tage noch, bis ich die Erste ernten kann.

Hatte nicht mehr mit gerechnet, aber es werden noch paar Gurken reif.

Aktuell sieht es so aus, dass ich 3 Stück noch ernten werden kann.

Wobei noch 2-3 weitere kleine am Entstehen sind und erst in Kürze ihre Blüten öffnen. Ich muss nur dafür sorgen, dass diese auch bestäubt werden.

Tomaten haben wir einige, wobei diese aus dem Garten meiner Eltern sind.
Das ist aber auch nur ein Bruchteil von dem, was ich heute gepflückt habe.

Morgen gibt es mal Tomate Mozzarella zu essen.
