Saying NO to people could sometimes be emotional but the same time, it could be the best decision you would ever made when circumstances present themselves in the future. One has to master the act of turning down offers and relationships if it goes against moral standards and social values.

Say NO to friendship/relationship that will make you live opposite of your real self, it doesn't worth it. There are people you shouldn't ever accept be their friends, you don't have to hate them but be sure to keep them at arms length.

People who can't see the bigger picture should be withdrawn from, people who don't believe in you nor your dreams should be distanced from, they don't deserve the least spot in your life, so saying NO should be the only option.

Say NO to occasions that will make you spend more than your budget for a specific period of time, you spent hours and days to get it, don't let any occasion make you squander it like you never toiled for it, it won't be worth it.

Be sure to stick to your financial budget and do not let anyone cajole you to spend more than you earn, wear clothes, drive care and rent an apartment that is worth more than you earn, all these things are just to prove unnecessary points.

Say a very big NO to self doubt, sometimes, our mind could be out worst enemy if not built right, do not let your guard down by believing you just can't do a thing, always tell yourself how strong and capable you are to get through situations even with the least of help.

Say NO to dependency, focus more on living an independent life, be so intentional about your personal growth than luxury. Infact, the luxury of any man should be on how well they have grown so far.

Saying NO might be really emotional and kind of hard but when situation demands, do it and face the present pains while awaiting future glory.
