I Am Successful

Good day to you all. Success to many people means so many things, infact If we are to put millions of people in a field and ask them each what success mean according to them, it won't be a surprising thing to hear that they all will be saying different things, this is where individual differences set in, different t strokes for different folks.

So, let's leave how others see success focus on how I perceive it to be. Personally to me, I see success to be a Positive State Of Mind, oh yes! Success to me is more than owning the world's fastest car, living in the smartest green houses or owning the most expensive stones in the world but the condition of our mind towards situations and challenges.

Let me take you a little on my memory lane, when I was a kid, I'd used to admire my grandpa's beetle and was always praying to God to have such when I grow up, but just as I grew up and left the village, I can't in my life dream of owning a beetle for movement except keeping it as a monument but what happened? Time changed everything.

That being said, I will strongly say unapologetically that success has to do with the conditioning of our minds. Even in the midst of failure, I still count it as a step towards success, that's why I do call my failed steps Mini Success meaning, I couldn't make it big but I succeeded anyhow.

The little steps I make, that counts alot as success for me, I don't have to own everything to count myself successful, no, I am successful even when things are not going my way, as long as I am living this life, other things are just easy to get with time. Time changed the materialistic course of success but it doesn't change the positive conditioning of mind.

A successful man is one who is contented with what he has whilst working smart to get what he doesn't. A successful man sees beyond materialism and only look at the legacy his steps will create but one who is intentional about materialism can pay any price to gain the material things of life meanwhile a true successful person will only pay prices that are worth while.

Excuse me, I don't have to Jefferson rich before I am seen as a successful person, a butler in the local square will be more successful than me if i don't have dignity. As long as I am getting what I want without disturbing people, then I am successful.

I am not condemning the luxury of life, infact they add spices to life, but I am saying that our minds, the way we position ourselves is the real deal. It takes a matured mind to handle life luxury without thinking others are just unfortunate.
