That's like all the things I try. Zinc, fish oil and all that jazz. It could be placebo it could be genuine effects!!

I think I will give em a whirl. I have heard good things but in that unsubstantiated anecdotal kind of way!

Yeah. That's the way of all of these types of things, you have to just try them out and hope for the best. The only thing that I really seemed to notice a big difference on was when I started taking Vitamin D and around the same time started eating sardines and anchovies for the fish oils and calcium from the bones. After two weeks of taking the vitamin D I just randomly noticed that my teeth got super white (relatively of course, compared to before taking the vitamin). I think the vitamin D allowed my body to absorb more calcium from the fish bones. That I actually noticed that just looking in the mirror one day. So vitamin D and anchovies - it's like a super food combo for your teeth and bones apparently 😂

Let me know if you notice anything from the collagen if you do start taking it

That sounds awesome. I occasionally take vitamin D. Not anchovies though although I could. In fact perhaps I shall!

I will try to get some shortly and let you know if I sense anything!
