En esta nueva página la he dedicado a una especie de ángel o arcángel entintado.

This chapter of my little art book is a small extension and expansion of my nightly meditations. These last few days have been energetically heavy, emotional highs and lows and i have made it a little worse by putting burdens on my back that do not correspond to me, or at least it seems so, but i think i must get involved. Every time i see a little animal suffering in the street or someone mistreating an animal, i admit that i don't know how to deal with it without it affecting me deeply. So when i feel my hands are tied, i have to draw angels.

Este capítulo de mi librito de arte creo que es una pequeña extensión y expansión de mis meditaciones nocturnas. Estos últimos días han sido energéticamente pesados, altos y bajos emocionales y pues lo he empeorado un poco más poniendo cargas en mi espalda que no me corresponden, o al menos así lo parece, pero creo que sí debo involucrarme. Cada vez que veo un animalito sufriendo en la calle o alguien maltratando a un animal, admito que no sé lidiar con ello sin que me afecte en lo profundo. Así que cuando siento mis manos atadas, pues toca trazar ángeles.

For a long time i wanted to make a drawing only with black ink, i think this one i can finally say it is so, although in the last details i used an alcohol marker for a few touches only. The whole drawing was done with calibrated ink pens.

Desde hace tiempo quería hacer un dibujo sólo con tinta negra, creo que este finalmente puedo decir que es así, aunque en los últimos detalles usé un marcador de alcohol para unos toques solamente. Todo el dibujo fue hecho con bolígrafos de tinta calibrados.

Although i already have several favorites, i think this one is number one on my list. I love the Angelic theme and everything to do with it, so maybe that's why i used one of my favorite techniques. It's kind of like an angel but mixed with a Buddha and Hindu goddess. It's my healing drawing.

Aunque tengo ya varios favoritos, este creo que está de número uno en mi lista. Amo el tema Angélico y todo lo que tenga que ver con ello, así que tal vez por eso usé una de mis técnicas favoritas. Es como una especie de ángel pero mezclado con un Buda y diosa hindú. Es mi dibujo sanador.

And that's how my dear little inky angel was like embracing herself with her wings, i named her Gabriel because reminded me of the androgynous angel from the movie Constantine that i love. My messenger angel.
Of all these little drawings, this has been the one i have enjoyed the most, sometimes i was afraid that maybe i would leave this SketchBook incomplete, but apparently the challenge of filling my little art book has worked very well, i haven't counted how many pages are missing but better that way, i don't want the anxiety to finish it to manifest itself.

Y así fue como quedó mi querido pequeño ángel de tinta como abrazándose así mismo con sus alas, le he puesto de nombre Gabriel pues me hizo recordar el ángel andrógino de la película Constantine que me encanta. Mi ángel mensajero.
De todos estos pequeños dibujos, este ha sido el que más he disfrutado, a veces temía que tal vez dejaría este SketchBook incompleto, pero por lo visto el reto de llenar mi pequeño libro de arte ha funcionado muy bien, no he contado cuántas páginas faltan pero mejor así, no quiero que la ansiedad por terminarlo se manifieste.
