Newbie Task 2 ; Hives Guidelines And Use Of Markdowns.

So far for me, the Newbie initiative has done me more good as Writer and i must say, a lot of evident growth has happened and it's still going to happen to me. In respect to "Week 2 Task By Newbie Initiative" i would be answering the administered questions regarding the title, "Hive Guidelines And Markdowns"

How is Hive different from other social media platforms like Web 2?

Web 2 is the present prevailing version of internet that allows it users to use it interactive user-interface to create, communicate and share contents online. Example of Web 2 are the likes of YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp,Twitter, Paypal, Easybuy, Bolt and many others.
Note : Web 2 is not limited to social media platforms, it cut across different technology capacity such as online market space, streaming services etc
However, one of the major bottleneck of this Web is that, contents of users is owned by a centralized corporation i.e users of Web 2 does not full control, power or authority over content created by them. Technically, data privacy of users is not guarantee. On the other hand, Web 3 is the newest developed internet of which, hive is a typical example. Its adopt blockchain technology and also uses a decentralised system, that allow its users to have full control over their digital lives.

Vividly explain the following terminologies in your own understanding.

1.Plagiarism: is the act of copying other people's idea in text or image or their creative content,and presenting it as your own, without seeking for their permission or authorization. This act violate the copyright law and is punishable by law in some countries.
2.Vote Begging : Out of desperation for upvote, content creator may demean themselves to add an in-text in their pieces, appealing to viewers to upvote their post. Some may even stretch themselves further by sending direct message to users of "Discord' or other web 3 channel just to get upvote from them. This misact can be tagged "Vote begging".
3. Post Recycling : From the word Recycle , which means to break down and reuse component materials.(English Dictionary). Hence, post recycling is the process of republishing post that had been posted to a community to the same or an entirely different community. This is cleverly usually done using paraphrasing of lines of words.

In what way is the use of tags relevant yo your post? Also do you think abuse of tags may attract downvote on your post?If yes or no explain. Also list five (5) general tags you know.

Foremost,what are Tags in this context? Tags are usually short codes or derivative either in word or numbers, which aids the degree of the level of visibility of your posts hence, the importance of tags to my post is well spelt out.
Also Abuse of tags can't (shouldn't) attract downvote because, attaching irrelevant tags to a post automatically reduces the visibility of a post and I think,that's enough punishment to the content creator instead of adding a more worser punishment of down voting.
