RE: Comment to Win Hive - COFFEE CONVERSATION

For me coffee is just coffee. Beautiful coffee can be brewed in many different ways and it will be always enjoyable. The specialty coffee that I am usually buying does not have a guide towards the kind of brewing.

I know that “mass coffee producers” tend to label their darker roasted coffee as espresso one, but my experience showed me that light roasts can create a very delicious and even more beautiful espresso too. It can include a lot of different tastes and aromas that cannot be found in dark roasts.

So my answer is… I would like to receive free beans as soon as they are light or medium-light roast.

I am sharing my favorite cup for espresso. Inside there is a fine Semi Anaerobic coffee from Honduras. It hosts flavors of strawberry, orange and dark chocolate! And it stands between the Autumn and Winter!

Just as you say, coffee is coffee no matter its presentation, Then there are the tastes of how to prepare it and take it. Interesting what you tell us about espresso coffee with clear beans, it's new to me.

Thanks for share your commentary with us.

I leave you a delicious cup of coffee.☕untitled.gif

Oh, dark roasted beans are too much for me even on an espresso. Nothing compares to the experience of having an espresso with bright flavors and full of fruitful nuances!

I agree with you, coffee is just coffee jaja. I enjoy it in many variations, although I like the dark one better than the light one. In my country it's usually quite strong.

That's the kind of coffee we have for daily consumption at home. But the brand I use regularly is of medium-roast espresso beans. You can feel some berries and chocolate, but just a little really little.

The ones that I love for my afternoons are really fruity. But I don't have any right now. Anyway, I remember I have showed one of those to you before.

Coffee is coffee, my friend. I think you're right. Even though I lack coffee wisdom, I do think you canmake delicious espresso with coffee beans; I've done by mistake, as the geniuses find serendipity and then say it was pure science and calculation, hehe

I've tried the chocolate one, but I haven't had the chance to try the strawberry or orange one yet, it must be very tasty, I'm not giving up hope to try them, greetings!

Good choice. I love this type of coffee. I could even prepare desserts with it.
